ABOUT
Born in 1999 to a prominent business family in Dubai, Abbas Sajwani is the son of Hussain Sajwani, founder of DAMAC Group.
After graduating from Gems World Academy, he spent his summers learning about the intricacies of the family’s global property development company, DAMAC Properties.
At a young age, Abbas has followed in the footsteps of his father and demonstrated acute prowess as a budding entrepreneur. He was only 18 years old when he set up the AHS Group in 2017.
Today, the group has 2,000 employees and operates in three verticals — Ventures, Investments and Properties — with an asset value of $300 million plus. The AHS Group has ambitious plans to become one of the most vibrant business groups in the region.
In November 2021, Abbas launched an uber-luxury real estate company, AHS Properties, under the AHS Group umbrella, with a total asset value of more than $100 million.
Spotting an opportunity to meet rising demand for ultra-luxury properties, the Dubai-based AHS Properties sells premium estates in prime locations like Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah.
As a board member of the DICO Group, Abbas participated in the acquisition of the renowned global fashion brand Roberto Cavalli in 2019.
In his free time, Abbas enjoys exploring new and exotic destinations around the world.
