About

Born into a prominent business family in Dubai, Abbas Sajwani is the son of Hussain Sajwani, founder of DAMAC Group and one of the pioneers of Dubai’s real estate market.

From a young age, Abbas was immersed in the world of property development with family dinner table discussions revolving around real estate and business.

Therefore, it was only natural that Abbas follow in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps. In 2017, Abbas set up AHS Group when he was only 18 years old.

The conglomerate is centered on three verticals: Ventures, Investments and Properties.

Today AHS Group has more than 2,000 employees and an asset value of $1.4 billion. AHS Group has ambitious plans to become one of the most vibrant business groups in the region.

In November 2021, Abbas launched an uber-luxury real estate company, AHS Properties, under the AHS Group umbrella.

Spotting an opportunity to meet rising demand for ultra-luxury properties, AHS Properties sells premium estates in prime locations like Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah.

Today, AHS Properties has a Gross Development Value of $1.4 billion with three mansions in Palm Jumeirah already sold, two mansions currently under development and coming to market soon, and two newly-acquired land plots — one in Palm Jumeirah and the other on Dubai Canal.

AHS Properties will build a low-rise apartment building on each of the new plots which will offer premium living experiences. With only around 25 units each comprising sky villas and penthouses, the buildings will be super exclusive and built on some of the most sought-after locations in the city.

Global architect Shaun Killa from Killa design, a long-time veteran of Dubai’s architecture sector and designer of the Museum of the Future, has been appointed as lead architect.

To top it off, the projects will have interior designs by 1508 London and Hirsch Bedner Associates and will feature a state-of-the-art spa, private cinemas, cigar lounges and private swimming pools on all balconies.

With only a handful of new homes expected to be completed between 2023 and 2025 in ‘Prime Dubai’ area that includes the Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Bay Island, AHS Properties has become one of the main players in this tight space and is proving to be a competitive player.
