the Amadea
Abbas Sajwani has rapidly established himself as a prominent figure in the global maritime community with his portfolio including two of the most recognizable yachts in the world; the 66-meter AHS Yacht and the 106-meter Amadea.
The AHS Yacht is a masterpiece of Dutch engineering and refined luxury. Originally delivered in 2005, it remains a symbol of timeless maritime design.
Built by Oceanco (Netherlands), it is powered by high-performance Deutz engines and has a cruising speed of 13 knots. With an impressive transoceanic range of over 6,000 nautical miles, it accommodates 12 guests in 6 ultra-luxury cabins, supported by a professional crew of 22.
In 2025, Sajwani further expanded his fleet by acquiring the Amadea, one of the most technologically advanced superyachts in recent history. Built by Lürssen (Germany) and delivered in 2017, it measures 106 and includes a 10-meter infinity pool, a helipad, a cinema, and a hand-painted Pleyel piano inlaid with 24-karat gold.
The vessel was famously seized by U.S. authorities in 2022 due to its links to sanctioned individuals and was sold via a U.S. government auction in September 2025. With a tonnage of approximately 4,402 GT, the Amadea is one of the largest yachts in the world by volume.
The “Youngest Owner” Title
Abbas Sajwani is recognized by maritime registries and news outlets as the World’s Youngest Superyacht Owner. His entry into the market at such a young age mirrors recognition by Forbes as one of the youngest billionaires in the world and his rapid ascent in the Dubai ultra-luxury real estate sector.
