Last month, UAE-based luxury real estate developer AHS Properties announced a partnership with Fendi Casa for its newest branded residential project along the Dubai Canal.
Named Casa Canal, the project’s investment is estimated at $850 million (AED3.1 billion), and consists of units ranging from 4,500ft² to 30,000ft², a collection of boutique residences comprising three-bedroom penthouses, as well as four- to six-bedroom sky villas and three sky palaces.
